only online? E-Portfolio
I read with great interest the post Andreas in Daily dated March 25 and his writing reflects a bit 'in my experience.
Even my professional life has been a push, a very strong momentum when I started to take classes online, where I met my colleagues motivated and eager to learn and how to upgrade back into the game, even after many years of his career to shoulders.
Collaboration and sharing are two aspects of these qualifying courses that allowed me to greatly enrich the professional point of view, I would have been a "pleasant surprise" accustomed as I was (and still is today so ... unfortunately) to work in a school environment where everyone is sitting locked in its class jealously guarding their own teaching practices, especially close to any innovation in technology.
connections that I find is caught in the web have no room in my school situation.
agree with what Claudia writes in his blog : This university experience has opened my new and unexplored horizons, allowed me to meet colleagues from whom I learned a lot, and the study and the proposed activities have stimulated new ideas and deeper at times, have dealt a blow to my role as teacher / educator. I left the "shell" in which I was surrounded by protective and I embarked on a journey that is renewed day by day, certainly less balance, with few certainties and many doubts, but it is these that give vitality and new flavor to my "teaching".
